*With sponsorship, additional conference attendees will be able to attend conference for $150 each (up to 4 attendees)

*Additional vendor booth representatives may attend at $90 each (up to 4 attendees).  Vendor booth representative fees cover meals and refreshments only. 

Exhibitors and Advertising Options

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to mingle with Kentucky GIS Conference participants throughout the conference.  The Exhibits area will open for set up on Tuesday Morning, October 18^th and close Wednesday, October 19^th.

Color Slide during Opening and Lunch Sessions

Drive conference traffic to your booth with this offering during keynote Primetime to showcase your company’s vital knowledge, skills and talents to conference attendees.  This time will be crucial to a successful conference for sponsors. Each participating sponsor will be allowed 1 color slide describing its product and service solutions.  The slide may have a screen shot or bullet points along with the company logo and/or web address.
