Todd is a GIS Consultant with the MapSync Services Team of CDP-MapSync. A University of Kentucky graduate with a degree in Architectural Technology, holds a GISP certification, and has been an active member of KAMP since 2010. Has served KAMP as a conference committee member for two years, been a speaker, and monitor at multiple conferences. Has extensive experience in the Civil Engineering, Surveying, Architectural and GIS fields, global positioning systems, mapping software development, GIS solution deployment, and various mobile technologies. Over the last twenty five years has built, implemented, managed, provided training, and supported mapping solutions with direct involvement in most, if not all, aspects of public safety, utilities, cadastral and many other focus areas.
