Exhibitor and Sponsor Information

Join us in celebrating outstanding GIS and mapping technology in the Commonwealth. This year’s Kentucky GIS Conference will again provide a forum for professionals involved in all aspects of GIS and allied technologies  to meet and share their knowledge and experience. The regional appeal of our conference provides a unique opportunity for the private sector to promote their expertise, products and business to a large and geographically dispersed audience.

The Kentucky GIS conference  continues to grow offering hundreds of professional and personal opportunities to present, connect and learn, we expect over 200 attendees at this year’s three-day event.

Exhibitor booths and displays will be in the Exhibitor Hall to maximize participation and visibility between general sessions, and during refreshments, with special networking breaks with no conflicting events

We invite you to show your support  for the  Kentucky GIS community and increase your visibility as an Exhibitor and/or Sponsor at the 2024 Kentucky GIS Conference.


We have three levels of exhibitor packages and a range of sponsorship opportunities.   


    Each Platinum and Gold Exhibitor are allowed two slides to briefly showcase and a 2-minute promotion to advertise your company’s talents and expertise in providing geospatial solutions. The conference host will present your slides during the conference plenary sessions. We ask that you limit slide content to no more than a few bullet points per slide. Screen shots may be included as one of the two slides.

    When registering please provide us with your first, second, and third choice of booth numbers as seen on the diagram below:


    Exhibitors will have the opportunity to mingle, collaborate, confab, and socialize with Kentucky GIS conference participants throughout the conference. Exhibitor areas will be open for set up Tuesday October 8th at 11:00 a.m. and close Thursday, October 10th at 5:00 p.m.

    In addition to Exhibitor options, you have the opportunity to participate and be acknowledged as a Sponsor of one or more of the following conference activities and social events. All firms or individuals sponsoring events below will be given poster displays of sponsor brand and acknowledgement and 3 to 5-minute stage time to briefly address attendees:

    1.  Breakfast Sponsor (Wednesday and/or Thursday) - $1,500
    2.  Lunch Sponsor (Wednesday and/or Thursday) - $2,000
    3.  AM/PM Break Sponsor (Tuesday and/or Wednesday) - $750
    4.  Conference Reception Sponsor (Tuesday evening with exhibitors, sponsors, attendees) $750
    5.  Wednesday Night Social Sponsor - $ 1,000
    6.  Scholarship Award Sponsor $500 (minimum)
